I’ve taken my car to be serviced and now I’m watching the news in the waiting room. America is changing. I don’t have a tv in my room at the monastery. So the tv is kind of a shock.. The news was talking about how old California is gone. California will rebuild but it will be different:( They’re talking about politics too and it’s crazy!

I hope your family is safe in CA, Mark. My nephew’ and his family are just a couple miles from the evacuation area, but they haven’t been told to evacuate. Fingers crossed.

My sister's son and his 'step' sister live in CA. One can only hope and pray that there will be Something to stop the fires and clear the air people breathe.
I got rid of TV about 15 years ago because of the cost of nearly 1000.00 per year for cable...couldn't afford it, and I sure as Heck Don't Miss It! <3
