C'est la vie
I woke up this morning and then folded the laundry and then went to yoga class.
I was so neither here nor there about the day - I just went - and realized that it's ok
or I decided it was ok to not feel so clear - - I started yoga and having that intention
focused me and also motivated me.. I was struggling with my feelings just a little bit
while in class. I found myself nearly being 'judgey' with some of the class mates, and I caught
myself in time.
The closing 'benediction' (yoga-wise) was given by the leader and she said something to the affect of
'find your intention and go on with the rest of your day.' - It was so clear to me that this is what
is wise..and giving myself a focus for the day or the hour or the minute...an intention is a cool idea.
I then went to my family's house and though I don't like to talk negatively - there was a bit of bickering today..
and it caused feelings in me that I tried to not give power to...Relationships are full of dynamics of the human spirit...
it's not all bliss and pleasantry and so thinking of this I tried to just keep on keeping on with the chores
and the hanging out with them...I left to come home and on the way home I thought about going to the gym
and I feel just motivated to get on with an exercise program and I'd like to talk to my therapist though
there's a big break for the next two weeks because of Thanksgiving...She said to reach out if you like...I sure will!

Too much focus causes tunnel vision. Balance in all things, Cigarra.
Bickering is not necessarily negative. No matter how healthy the system, toxins must be purged. I often think of bickering as emotional gas. A good, healthy fart may stink to high heaven, but it sure relieves the pressure.
Thanks Arfie. Have a good Sunday night.
It reads like you had a full day Mark..... Big hug sweetie.... Good for you.....xo
Thanks Janet! :-) xo
