Bumble D. Is in doggie Heaven.
we had to put Bum-Bum down today. It's okay. He was ready to go. He'd been ready for several months. We didn't think he would make it through the the summer. He was in constant pain, could barely walk, and was rapidly losing weigh ..... his breathing became relentlessly shallow and rapid
He had 9 1/2 really good years with us.
Here is what I wrote about him a long time ago: https://www.dailystrength.org/journals/a-dog-s-life
Pray for me, please. I pushed way too hard for way to long and am crashing hard. I don't have sense enough to know when to stop. Also, we have aquired 2 more dogs. I have dog stories to tell when I feel up to coping with this stupid "new and improved" DS! I hate it! Just can't cope with it when I don't feel well!
sorry I've been out of the loop for so long, but I think you guys can understand. Hugs to all.

PS - Bumble D. was a giant Great Pyrennees. Wanna see photos?
Aw, I feel for you. Losing a beloved pet is so hard. I'm sure he is in a better place. Much love.
It's so hard to lose a family pet. When that happens I'm depressed for a long time. Thank you for sharing with us.
Bugger ! I just wrote a long comment and it was eaten alive !!
Hey there Nancy girl. Sorry you lost your darling doggie. I would like to see some photos for sure. You must be feeling sad, although you seem to be in a good acceptance state of mind. Ruthie just lost her cat Annie.Did you know? Will post this bit and see what happens
OK...seems to be working now. I'm sorry to hear you've crashed. I'm not surprised because yih have such a driving spirit that pushes you to do so many things. You go like a rocket and then down you go. Not a good family when you run out of that vital fuel needed for life. However, I hope you can smile to yourself and look at all those things you achieved and feel it was worth it. Honestly, if we don't push sometimes we end up doing very little and it's upsetting. Sometimes I get so frustrated and I say to myself (yep I talk to myself ..often lol). OK..you silly sick body. I'm going and you can come with me or stay behind...suit yourself. Of course I pay the inevitable price of crashing. However often it's worth it. Just to feel I have some sort of life and not let this CFS hold me hostage all the time.
Oh dear...meant not a good feeling.... I meant to say. It's night time and I'm exhausted. Went out today and nearly fainted in the shopping centre. So I can't think straight...not unusual. Hope you pick up again soon Nancy. Rest up and give yourself some lazy time out. Love to you. I remember we had some fun times here and a few laughs in the old days. Remember the pool party at the Sparrow Cottage.xoxo
Nancy, I'm sorry to hear about Bumble. It's always hard to lose a pet. I've missed seeing you on DS, although I'm not on here much myself either. Still, I think of my DS friends a lot and try to check in when I can. I will definitely pray for you! I hope you can rest up and figure out a way to pace yourself so you don't crash.
