brother moved out for a bit

my brother went to stay somewhere else. he will be back I presume at some point and he is very

welcome! but his absence now has me reckoning the 'being alone and back to my schedule' so to speak

but in a new way. his stay here shook things up and were kind of like a business retreat for me - 

i am coming back to solitude in a reinvigorated way - it's kind of hard to do it - but I have a new kind of

vantage that is helping me consider in a fuller light what I am actually doing while on my own.

I think of the systems I set up - like many others may do - but i am reminded of the poem

"song of myself" (which i need to read really before referencing it) and it reminds me of that

brave poet who lived a life of solitude and also produced some important and valuable work.
