Broken
Throughout the Christmas period my neighbours continued every night to try and harass me, with torch shining, whistle blowing, and tapping of a stick. Last night was the same but it went further, the neighbours stood watching a guy come and slash my tyres - I saw it out of the window, and have reported it to the police. I also had an anonymous letter yesterday, I hate being surrounded by such hate when all I'm trying to do is get through my life. I can't move as it confuse mum, but as soon as I can leave this community I will.
The very stupidity of neighbours is that they think I'm a danger so should go somewhere else where they don't know of my crime. Logically then I'd be freer to commit crime than if I stay here. If they see me here they could report me but now only they are committing crime.

You are keeping calm. Excellent work on your part in staying quiet.
It is sad that these same people are unable to see their actions as just as wrong as the ones they are expressing their views physically and verbally about.
Remain calm and keep your actions positive.
That's very good advice and I know it but it feels like the final thing to deal with. Thanks for your counsel Mid and joy and hope for you and those you love in 2021
It's not easy making your way through this kind of challenge. And because it's probably a small village (I'm just taking a guess), the people acting this way have not been exposed to the behavior they are displaying in a way that would shame them into behaving better.
