Breaking Up Is Hard To Do

im just DONE!! i read past journal entries, and some of them sound like i gotta figure what i'm not happy about in the relationship, so we can then work on those things n fix it n shit... but I AM DONE!!! i've decided, tho, to keep my eyes open wide, and take note of why i'm done, so that I know for sure that this is for sure. i think this time around, i've gotta take more time, and have more facts to back me up, so when i break it to him this time, then it'll stick. THIS time i'll KNOW. i really feel like i'm doing the right thing for once. i've cleared the wool out of my eyes, and seeing things as they truly are.

i just had a sort of epiphany: i decided, many yrs ago, that HE is the one for me! so i guess i just quit looking at him, and overlooked all the stuff that actually showed me that he's NOT the one for me! this puts it into better perspective, it's like along the lines of "wool in my eyes." ...
When you decide that somebody's right, you quit looking at what might be wrong.
