Brain Fog
Of all the things I've loved and lost, I miss my mind the most.
I don't know where my mind wandered off to but it goes there frequently now. I can't seem to follow a who done it any more on TV. It is now a who done what. I can't follow the plot and by the end of the show, I don't recognize the characters from the beginning of the show. If I doze off even for just 5 minutes, when I wake up, it's as if I had just turned the show on and everything is new. Or even after a commercial, I sometimes can't remember anything that came before. Just that little bit of interruption makes my mind a blank for a while.
This is pretty tough for someone who used to have a photographic memory or could read over a contract of 25+ pages once then review in my sleep and wake up in the middle of the night and know exactly which line needed an addendum added.
I go for another MRI in 2 weeks. I wonder how many fish they'll see swimming in the old fishbowl this time.
