boss is a bitch

I am about to go to the big boss about the abuse that is going on in the office.  My supervisor is a total narcissist and next to her is a smart-mouth two-faced bitch, and then there is the other lying two-faced bitch.  I've had just about enough.  I got in trouble for over-helping an "intake" (someone came to the door for help, we're a disability rights law firm).
