Bob is home
Bob came home this morning via medical transport. Still bedridden, but glad to be home. Home care brought oxygen today, too, for him to use as needed.
Pray that we can manage at home together.

Dear Karen,
Ohhhhhhhhh sweetie, please know that you and Bob are in my prayers. I know the upcoming days are going to be very difficult, but I know that God will give you the strength you need to get through it. \"Footprints in the Sand\" is one of my favorite little stories. I\'m sure Bob will be so much more comfortable now that he\'s home in his familiar surroundings, with all his friends and loved ones. God Bless you!
Love,
Nancy
Dearest Karen,
I\'m so happy to hear that your sweet Bob is at home now. It sounds like all measures are being taken to keep him comfortable. Like Nancy said so well, being in his own home will give him much peace. I continue to pray for you both as you walk through this journey.
My Love,
Ingrid
Dear Karen, You and Bob are in my daily prayers. I feel like he will feel more comfortable to be in his own home. Steve and I have talked about this before and he wants to die at home if I can manage. We have talked about so much during the last 12 years. God be with us all during these times. Hugs and prayers for you both.

Karen,
It is always a relief to get home. May God bless you and Bob and provide the strength needed for the days ahead. Vernell
Dear Karen, This is the start of a special journey you and Bob are taking. He is home and that is a blessing. Remember to seek out family and friends for support as you care for Bob. Also, don\'t ever hesitate for a moment to call on the hospice team for guidance. Some nights, I called several times and found them to be most patient and helpful. I can still recall almost every minute of the time my husband was in hospice. Hospice helped him peacefully transition to his new life. I pray with all my heart that Bob will have the same peace. I pray for you too dear Karen. As difficult as this will be for you, keep in mind that caring for Bob while in hospice will be the greatest gift you will give your dear husband. I will keep you both in my thoughts and prayers. Love, Linda
Thank you all for your encouragement! I so appreciate your comments and prayers. Hugs to all.
Love, Karen
Prayers for this new stage of your lives. I\'m so glad Bob is home, and I know that you will manage this together. Peace and comfort and light to you.

Thoughts and prayers coming your way, I\'ve been through hospice with my father so I know about what you are going through. Stay strong and we are here for you.
