I just came home from getting a haircut
and a coffee. I was feeling confident and kind
of selfish and I got home and started to spin
and just get neurotic. Then Blue meowed and I saw in him
a similar thing. He totally gets derailed at times and I am there
to catch him. He catches me by having me open my eyes
and my being to his other world of feeling.

Sounds like getting the haircut & coffee were self care & now ya got a new fresh haircut.
I never get my haircut but that’s cause my issues with having trouble with people touching me. I have super long hair, you know like a native chic lol, every couple times a year I take scissors & trim a couple inches off myself lol
Anyways sorry I know I be rambling sometimes
I’m glad you & Blue have each other. As someone that lives alone too, I think it’s nice having a kitty around because it’s nice to have someone around
