Blow up.
We went out tonight to meet up with W/CS coworkers at a local bar. I have been feeling very distant for the past few weeks. No expression of any emotion outside of kissing when leaving the house. And a quick I love you. sometimes.
Here is how it went down. As we were pulling up to the light a the top of the hill I made the choice if the light was red when I got to the light I'd ask the following question. Is there any future for our marriage? You started to begin to cry. You asked me what did I mean? I mean is there a future for us? You cried a little more and told me that while I love you I am not in love with you. You have felt that way for awhile. I asked well then we need to think about who is going to leave. I am not prepared and will refuse to leave as that would be an indication of giving up on my family. At that point the crying stopped and the anger came to the forefront. The regular no eye contact looking away during the conversation tells me and shows me your unwillingness to participate. I offer to dial your guy friends number or another number so that she can talk to them and I could hear what and why she feels the way she does since she can talk to her "guy friends". I asked you what kind of conversations you and Rodney had if it was about our marriage? You admittedly denied that you ever said anything to him about our marriage. At which point I shared with you a conversation you had with him a few months back that you had and it went along these lines. Him," here's a big hug" You,"Thanks Kind of need that." Him'" whats wrong sweetie?" W/CS, Same ole. Him', "the other half?" W/CS, "Just need to figure out what I want."
I must agree it is time to make a decision. I am not going anywhere! I want to work on this marriage. It will take work and facing some tough things. I indicated that I am not ready and do not support giving up yep.
