Bleeding. . .

I woke up to some red spotting and ended up calling the doctor.  I really wish this pregnancy could be a little more worry free. I have been constantly spotting brown blood to begin with -- which has caused some concern from the doctors.  I didn't have to go the emergency room yet (unless my bleeding gets worse), but I have to go into tomorrow for a u/s.  I also had a small accident as well that worries me.  I was cleaning and bending down to plug something in and I bumped a shelf.  A 10 pound horse head sculpture fell 2-3 feet and landed smack in the middle of my back (on my spine).  My husband, fortunately, is a paramedic and found no evidence that I did any permanent damage -- but I managed to scrape up my back and bruise the spine fairly bad.  Thus, I am also in agony.  When I woke up and was bleeding, I was convinced I also hurt the baby.  The doctor doesn't think so, however, and thinks the injury was just an accident.  I hope he's right.
