blame no more
I keep on searching for a detail of my life that would provide
a kind of blame and victimhood - I can't - I am a victim of fate and my own luck of
the draw genes. I have a hard time accessing grace sometimes - like now
and I just need to keep on keeping on.

Look for the blessings in what you have with abilities, knowledge, and skills as you are. You are unique, and 'keeping on' is working.
Here's to you and your sucess!
inside my own herstory of too many perps, both incarcerated and "scott free," blame and victimhood are not quite synonyms, but they are a more natural and common match than love and sex or even love and marriage. i've seen many a loveless marriage/sexual encounter, but have yet to see a blame game without a victim.
i cannot change the facts of my victimhood, but i can drop the blame game that so blocks my access to god's grace.
who/what is to blame?
think i'll leave my judge's robe in the closet and just pray for healing hopes for all. no exceptions.
and then i will just keep on keeping on.
thanks so much Mid and Arfie.
I really appreciate it.
I just came on to leave one more message before I get on with chores.
It seems unnecessary but I'll say it. I find I don't know what to do with myself sometimes
and I think I just have to accept my one seeming insignificant life and get on with taking care of it.
For some reason acceptance and getting on with it are helping me a great deal - it gives me a sense of ownership
powerful enough to make me remember that I am loved and this also brings me down to earth and grounded....
and I need to just keep encouraged to keep taking care of my life - no matter how small nor how
big. You guys are angels who have made me feel so much better.
((BIG HUG)))))
Big squishy hug sweetie
We can be so hard on ourselves sometimes
I have often thought if I was my own best friend I would be a crappy friend
You are a wonderful and kind soul...xo
Thanks Jan! You are enormously a good friend!!
Your life definitely isn't insignificant! You bring so much joy to others. In my opinion, kindness is everything, and you have that in spades. Please never think for a second that you aren't valuable. I'm proud to call you a friend. Hugs.
Thanks Judy! (((Hug))) you are amazing!!
a question posed in a prayer group many moons ago still sticks with me, without clear answer.
when i diminish the value of my own humble life, am i diminishing the value of the people who value their place in my humble life?
chew chew. . .
Thanks Arfie. That’s an incredibly important and poignant point.
