Birthday! (feb 3rd)

Today is my birthday and I had a good one. I went walking with my friend Lisa, went out to dinner with Geo and had some good cake. Just an easy going day. I managed not to be sick, even though I slept for most of the day. I didn't gain or lose this morning, which is surprising since I went out to eat yesterday. I've been indulging all day. Cake and coffee for breakfast, then Thai food for dinner followed by more cake. All in all a good day!
