BILLS, BILLS, BILLS!

Thurs. Night...LATE!  I am trying to remind myself of what Heloise, Ann Landers, or someone like that said...."It is a blessing to have bills arrive in my mailbox & that people trust me to owe them money." (Or something like that)  I don't get paid much and only get paid once a month.  In about 2 hrs. I can spend what I made all month on bills.  It is depressing!  I try to live within my means.  However, like many others, my means are just not cutting it.  I could really use a part-time job but I barely have the strength to do this one.  Ah, well.....  I did get my lab results back today.  A couple of things are a little bit off but nothing big.  I guess it is just the grief that is making me feel so lousy.  Good to know.  I guess.  The problem is, there is nothing that can cure this.  The drama at school goes on.  Now other teachers are involved.  I hate it!  Having a special ed. child myself, it makes me angry with the system.  On the other hand, I just have to go with the flow until an opportunity comes to help the system along.  It is a battle I have fought for many years.  But, that was personal.  This is my job, which I love, and cannot afford to lose.  I am trying very hard to stay on neutral ground.  Chris called tonight.  He is still having girlfriend trouble and is ready to end it but doesn't quite know how.  I am flattered that he is asking me, Mom, for advice.  I thanked him for that.  Adam is going to house sit/dog sit next week.  It pays well but he is a bit nervous.  For all his talk about wanting to move out he made sure with me that the house is not far and he could call me if he needed to.  Too cute.  Craig and I actually had a regular conversation tonight.  It was nice.  We just talked about our work day.  It is amazing how just a simple conversation, with no issues, can make a difference.  I think we are going to have to save our change for an overnight visit to Branson, which is close, or something.  We REALLY need to re-connect.  Thank GOD tomorrow/today is Friday!  I am tired!  Peaceful wishes to everyone reading this and those who are not.

I understand about the bills and money situation. I\'m in debt up to my eyeballs and beyond. But I don\'t care....what can they do to me. I\'m in pain 24/7 so this doesn\'t really hurt. It\'s all material things anyway. Take it easy and don\'t sweat the small stuff. Be kind to yourself. Love and Hugs.

We are all going through the same kind of pain. No one has the right meds for us. The only thing that can and would take the pain away is something that we can not get back. They have been taken from us and we are supposed to be re-united with them when it is our time to leave this Earth. I am sorry for being so sad. I am just missing him more and more each day. Sorry!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Holding you tight. Love you, MJ Richard\'s ~ Mom

This trip for my husband and me was so nice. We haven\'t spent time together like this since...you know. Things have been really tough for us for over 2 years. I do hope you get a chance to get away for a bit. I also understand about the bills. I wish Dave\'s parents would hurry up and hit the lottery! Have a restful weekend, Hon. Love ya, Barbara

You are not alone on the bills front. If it is any consolation though, so is most of America. You gotta love G Bush! Don\'t let it overwhelm you though. Hope everything else goes well for you.

That is so neat your Son can talk to you. My Son was my best friend and we talked about almost everything. And I\'m glad you and your husband made some progress. I wish we could. I still don\'t want to be around him much. And politics at work. Reminds you of high school. Hopefully you will be able to stay out of it. You sound tired, but going in the right direction. Love Joanne
