Biggest decision EVER
Made the two biggest decisions ever today.
First I had an awesome day at clinical and I realized that I, steffanie McKay, wants to be a nurse. I want to work with the elderly. I love them. I loved my job today. I want to be a nurse for a home health care company. Yes!!!!
Second I decided to go inpatient. I made the decision while with my therapist today. Im going. Im going because i know i need it and i want to get better Now I have to figure out when. I'm going to talk to my program coordinator and see if I can finish the semester early and then go.
I'm shaking and so anxious and scared right now. Holy shit what did I just do.

I am so proud of you. Yes i\'m happy you are going IP because I think you need to but I\'m happiest that you made this decision, you Steffanie McKay who will recover and become a wonderful nurse.
SO SO happy for you!!You will do this and become a great Nurse!
Thanks ladies. I\'m so nervous and terrified now. I can\'t believe what I agreed to.
I also feel that my parents are finally worried- they called my T today. HOLY SHIT! That\'s HUGE on their part!
And I sent an email to my D telling her my decision and her response was, \"Hi Steffanie,
I fully support your decision. I think it\'s a good one. We\'re all hoping that you can get better and feel better soon. It\'s no fun to live like this. I\'m proud of you!\"
JC just called and told me that he is the happiest person in the world that I made this decision today.
I can\'t handle all of these positive things esp when I don\'t know how I feel about it all.
i am so proud of you for YOUR decision to go IP. you will get the help you need and become the great nurse you are meant to be.
All those people being happy about your decision just shows you in what a vulnerable state you are and how scared and worried everybody is. So even though IP will certainly not be a piece of cake for you it gives everybody - hopefully including you - hope that you will overcome this disease and start living.
