Big Bang Theory

Well crap after feeling ok yesterday I felt like crap pretty much all day today. I woke up at 10:30, got some water, went to the bathroom and went back to sleep until 1pm. Ugh!! I need to stop doing that. And my dreams are so weird and disturbing right now. I'm thinking it's lack of hormones but who knows.

I was so happy John was off today and wanted to have a lazy day himself. Of course that was after he snow blowed our driveway and the neighbors too. I couldn't concentrate and my anxiety was bad again. I just stared at The Big Bang theory all evening While John was doing homework.  It's my go to when I can't think straight. Thankfully it's on all the time. It's either that or The Golden Girls which I'm watching now. I need to break this habit of going to bed at 2 or 3 am. I just don't ever feel relaxed enough to lay down.

I don't get why I feel like crap today. My BP and heart rate seem fine. I just feel out of sorts. Maybe too much sugar? I really only had one cookie and raison bran yesterday as far as sugar goes. I really need to start keeping a food journal. I don't know why the anxiety came flooding back today. Probably because I felt dehydrated and like crap all day. I tried the stone therapy thing. It didn't do much. I'll try it again though.

Do you have Ativan for anxiety that really helps. Maybe eat more protein for each meal along with eating fruits and vegtables with it to. Drink more Water like 8 cups a day. Do some exercise. Just thoughts. Keep on a schedule same one every day. I hope today is a better day.

I\'m sorry Reds. Big hugs. I don\'t know why your anxiety surges--. I once did a mindfulness group--and the facilitators were great--anyways, it really does help. Maybe something like that in group or private setting, might help to ease your discomfort.

I know how that is not being able to fight the urge to want to sleep in so long. If you are and when you are depressed it seems to be the best thing to do. I have been their many times. I use television to get me through too and funny shows as you mentioned are the best :) I couldn\'t sleep so I would stay up real late and I slept better in the day. My meds at night make me wanna go to bed by 11 at the latest now and I wake up at 10 in the morning, but I have been right were you are (((((HUGS))))) Anxiety sucks and always seems to go along with the depression :( I am sorry you are having such a rough time.
