Better today

Wow.  Things went so well yesterday that I never got around to writing in my journal.  It was a rough AM ... & let's be honest.  It was a rough PM at work at least.  It was actually refreshing to have a better part of the day at home than at work.  For months, I'd dreaded coming home every day because all the difficulties Tony has had been just eating away at me.  That I wanted to go home last night, have dinner w/ Tony, take an evening stroll w/ him, then watch some baseball really speaks volumes to how far both he & I have come in our recoveries!  Don't be fooled.  There's still a long way to go.  But it's incredibly refreshing to see we're on the right path!  Hopefully, the rage isn't so bad today.  I still have a rough time accepting incompetence.  And this week is traditionally one of the busiest weeks in the year in my industry.  So, it's no wonder that at work we're all a bit frazzled.  I just need to keep it in check.  I know I can be condescending at times.  I need to watch that.  For some reason, it's rough this week to bite my tongue both at work & at home.  I'm not sure why.  I'm ovulating.  This is my first ovulation while in Prozac in a while.  So, maybe it's the hormones?  Maybe I do need another 20mg?  I do see the Doc in early October, but he told me to call if I need to.  Well, for now, I'll just continue to monitor the moods.
