Betas are in....

After another FET on 03/01, my first 2 betas are in- 31 on 03/08 and 119 today. I am obviously very happy with these numbers, but it is really hard to let myself get excited. It is really scary. After 2 chemical pregnancies where my numbers were low and then would rise and fall again, I feel like I can't let myself be too happy. My doctor said that this time is different in comparison to my past betas and I am trying to believe her since she is the expert. I just so badly want it to be real this time. I don't want anyone to think that I am complaining about this at all; I just feel conflicted because I know it could be snatched away at any moment. I keep telling myself I need to get through one day at a time and one test at a time. My 3rd beta will be one week from today, so I will just need to keep calm and wait it out... so much waiting!!!

Thanks, Becky! I hope everything is going well with you & DH and that you are managing to successfully de-stress as much as you can- that is always an uphill battle for me too... Peace & Love, Nikki

Wow, this is great!! Congrats!! I can understand why you\'re anxious, but 119 is a great second beta! (My second beta was 89, and I\'m currently almost 11 weeks pregnant.) I will be keeping my fingers crossed for you that your next beta is a nice, high number too! Waiting between betas is tough. Try to stay positive that it will be different this time! Best of luck to you!! Keep us posted. :)

Thanks Danielle:) This waiting between betas is worse than the waiting after the transfer. I guess it\'s BC this is the furthest I\'ve ever gotten. I was freaking out last night BC I started spotting some, so of course I ended up on the internet half of the night googling all reasons that it could possibly be. Implantation bleeding was one of the common reasons, but it seems like that should\'ve already happened- I am 4 weeks and 3 days. Then I also realized that this would be the time that I am normally on my period. It was \"old\" blood, brownish in color, and most things I read said that I shouldn\'t be too alarmed if it wasn\'t bright red and heavy. I feel better about it for now and just praying that it doesn\'t get heavier or change in color. I spent so much time worrying about trying to get pregnant, I never had time to think about all of the worrying that would come along once I actually was. I am trying so damn hard to keep it together...
