Being wrong about certain things

Well, maybe not wrong but perhaps having acceptance for some upset between me and another person here that happened last night at the monastery. I'm dealing with the healing time in between us. Even if she doesn't feel bad and we did make up. I just feel a difficult bitternessĀ but resolve for being helpful while not being able to be perfectly sunny in my emotions towards her. Everyone is imperfect and lives in an imperfect world. So just being as friendly as possible here and being accepting for my own healing time as I volunteer for chores around here.

Part of healing is learning how to let go of the 'bitterness' when it seems to be jumping into the middle of the arena of communication.

Here's to you keeping on healing, and giving yourself grace to just move through the feelings with acceptance.

perhaps the most healing lessons i have learned from my therapy support network is how to care about people, places or things i'd rather not associate with, at all. caring about the people i actually like is as easy as standing in line at an amusement park. learning to co-exist with people i wish i didn't know, the challenge is far greater.

the lessons i learned in the therapy peer challenge have been family-savers for the days i don't even like the loves of my life.
