Being nice

i am making a strong effort to be nice, I already understand things are coming to an end and the roller coaster ride isn't going too fast but it still moves and so does my temper, I know If I don't chill out this will become hostile , so, trying to let go of the anger today and for the future but it is tough. We share a child and it needs to be peaceful. The past few days I've been snapping , I have anger about the way my husband ended our marriage and how cold he was, and is about it but for my own benefit I need to let go of my anger , easier said then done. But I will put effort into it. I have said what I needed to say already so , no need to repeat myself. He got it cLear as a bell. I have mixed feelings but I'm still messed up, this kind of shock doesn't just go away but I think I am doing ok so far , many hurdles ahead I'm sure.

Try to channel your anger into something positive, like exercise. I am having a hard time with that myself and I think it is perfectly natural to feel that way. My stbx showed up to get her personal belonging with her whole family, I got angry and told her pos dad to get off my property. I then left with the kids. My Oldest daughter and my son in law stayed to make sure she only removed her stuff. She ended up calling the police on them because the asked her to hurry up, ugh!
