being like an interpreter for myself

things are good today. I mean my mood has wondered all around but I seemed to be able to reframe things, understand them as they happened - and kept refocusing my sights on positive things.

I am glad I can process things. Part of me wants to hold onto these ideas that come to mind and write the down...save everyone one!!! but I don't think I need to do that..

I may lose sight of my life - and that may make me want to 'end it all' but i realize i don't really want to do that - I want to live...I want to be around...

Sometimes I can get lost in the moment - and then feel like I need to be an interpreter for myself when it comes back to talking to people out there - so they might understand where I am coming from - defend my life - but I realize too this is part and parcel to just discoursing in life..

I'll take a short walk again - and just focus on good stuff - whatever shape, form that might take.

I like the analogy of "Being an interpreter for myself." In the over-active meanderings of my own mind, I think I often need to act as a social director, as well.

"Spanish speaking self, meet English speaking self. Play nice together."

"Spiritual self, meet Scientific self. Practice tolerance."

Etcetera, etceteri through all my internal conflicts. How can one little biosystem hold so many war zones?
