BEING A SLACKER...SORRY!!
WELL, I HAVE NOT WRITTEN FOR AWHILE AND I HAVE BEEN A REAL SLACKER ABOUT ANSWERING JOURNALS AND EMAILS. I HAVE NOT FELT QUITE RIGHT FOR A WEEK OR SO. NOT MUCH ENERGY, SOME WHAT SAD, CRANKY, AND SOME PHYSICAL PROBLEMS...NONE OF THIS STUFF IS TOO SERIOUS SO DON'T FRET. I WILL BE FINE.TOOK A DAY TRIP ON FRIDAY WITH MY GAL PAL. WE WERE GONE MOST OF THE DAY, HAD A GREAT TIME. EXCEPT, I ALMOST HIT A DEER!!! SCARED THE LIVING BEJEEZUS OUT OF ME AND HER. WE WERE ON A BACK ROAD THAT THE VEGETATION GROWS RIGHT TO THE SHOULDER, I CAME AROUND A CORNER AND THERE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY LANE WAS A YEARLING. WELL, IT WAS A GOOD THING I WAS ALERT AND WATCHING THE ROAD. I SLAMMED ON THE BREAKS AND VERRED SLIGHTLY RIGHT. I GOT STOPPED, SIDEWAYS TO THE ROAD AND THE DEER TROTTED OFF. MY POOR HEART!!! I WOULD HAVE FELT HORRIBLE IF I HAD OF HIT IT. PLUS THE DAMAGE TO THE CAR. THE GOOD LORD WAS WATCHING OVER ME.DOING MAJOR HOUSEWORK TODAY, YUCK!! BUT IT IS NOT NICE OUT SO IT IS A GREAT DAY FOR IT, NICE AND COOL.HARD TO BELIEVE AUGUST IS ALMOST OVER. WE USUALLY HAVE A BEAUTIFUL AUTUMN, FINGERS CROSSED. AUGUST HAS BEEN REALLY NICE. WELL, IT NEEDED TO BE TO MAKE UP FOR THE CRAPPY WEATHER IN JUNE AND JULY!!HAVE TO GO OUT LATER AND RUN MY DAUGHTER AROUND, IT IS HER DAY OFF. I AM GETTING TIRED OF BEING A CHAUFFEUR!!! "MUM, TAKE ME HERE,MUM, TAKE ME THERE"...ON AND ON. I DO HAVE MY OWN LIFE AND THINGS TO DO. SEE, I TOLD YOU I WAS CRANKY!!ANYWAY, BEST GET BACK TO THE HOUSEWORK AS THE HOUSEWORK ELVES HAVE NOT SHOWN UP. LOL!!! BE WELL, ALL MY FRIENDS. Glad you didn\'t hit Bambi. Our whole summer s----. I can\'t believe we wait all that time and get a crappy summer, it makes me want to cry. This week they are saying 70\'s and not rain, I sure hope so. I could use a few days at the lake.I would still have to come home everyday because Ernie is still sick and now Noelle is sick. My cat family is falling apart and it makes me sad. I hope they both recover. I would not make a good chauffeur (had to copy that one from you), anyway I hate to drive so I would nt be good at that. You Quote is one I always say or think. When I smell or look at a beautiful flower or big tomatoe I always tuck it away in my mind for winter daydreams. Went outside this morning in CT and it was about 40 degrees out and I could seem my breath in the air!
I feel like we have totally not had summer and we are going into fall already! What a rip-off this year! My favorite season never really showed up at all. Hope the winter doesn\'t show up!!
Take care of yourself and don\'t overdo the housework!
