Beginning of the end

I feel very down - I have applied for a series of jobs and got the first - of many I expect - no thank you. I miss my wife and family and nothing takes away the unutteable pain. I'm a quiz show there was a couple who divorced and remarried. Will that be me? Idont except so, but I can't imagine the rest of my life without her
