Been a Busy Week...

Well, we finally found time on Tuesday night to go out and buy a tree. We were too tired to even stand it upright when we came home.
Wednesday morning, I was late to work. There were roadblocks around the island looking for illegal immigrants. I know what they were trying to do, but it was a major inconvenience. Thank goodness I was able to keep my panic and anxiety in check in all that traffic.
Wednesday night, we got the tree up and in water. Progress. It took until last night to decorate it. Before coming home to decorate the tree, I was out shopping for gifts for the kids. A few people had given me money to buy gifts for them to give me the trouble of the crowded stores. I keep telling myself the smiles on Christmas morning will make it all worthwhile.
I gotta go and clean up now. We are having a few people over this afternoon - sort of a Christmas party. I have a housekeeper coming tomorrow to clean up after the party.
Hope you all have a good weekend. Just 11 days until Christmas.
Love and hugs,
Rosa

Get in and out. Make sure you have a list. if you feel yourself panicing stop and breath through your nose and out through your mouth at many times as you need to slow your heart down. if you don\'t have money for ornaments they are many handmade things you can do. paper rings. String pop corn. A lot of good idea on the internet. I used to love to string popcorn as a kid. I had panic attacks since I was 12. I know how hard it is to go out but staying in really makes it worse. Expose yourself to places and people even if you hate it. It was only way I was able to conquer it. Merry Christmas. Remember to let your kids know the true meaning of Christmas.
