beautiful day out today
right now any way ....lol .....going for a cupple of walks with .Gizmo and prepping some canvices.....other than that the day is wide open .....had a little melt dowen yesterday but it wasent as big as they have been ..so that is good ....doing better ......medation is canceled tonight but there is a drum circle tomorow night I will be going to ..and I will visit my dad durning the day ...so it will be a big day tomorow .....

hello musk - I am glad to hear you had a good day even with the melt down -- I think it is natural to get on overwhelm here or there -- especially if you are sensitive and intuitive.
I have been trying so hard to answer you. I don't even know where I am right now. I could not sign on to DS my old/new way these days.

I sure wish that mine was still with us as I really do miss him.
And not to worry as we all have a melt down now and then. I have found that a really good cry is so good for the soul and so lethargic.
So happy your out and about! You give me hope and courage. Melt downs will come and we all have our days. I try to remember that. Hope you are doing well now
