Be kind to the little ones!

I’ve been incredibly upset by the shooting this past week. I was so overwhelmed with sorrow. It was not until yesterday that I realized what was going on inside me. My personalities were all upset in their own way. Therefore, I was consumed with sobbing sadness. I just wanted to give MPD people some insight on this issue. If you have alters that are children STOP watching the news broadcast, because they will be traumatized by it. Allow your adult alters to communicate the issue of safety in their environment right now. Yes, this world is filled with evil, but exposing the little ones to it will only enhance their awareness to the wickedness of this world causing panic and fear. Be kind to them. They have already experienced enough trauma in their own lives. Why add more?
