balance

I've read a couple of posts about anxiety today and I've been dealing with it

myself. I've been trying different outlooks for self management.

I first starting to think about what my therapist said that there are two kinds

of people - on the one hand 'people who can sit and watch a tv show or movie and stop and relax and then be like - ok onto the next '- the other kind of person is one 'who starts to sit for a little bit of time in front of the tely and then starts to get nervous' - the need for activity, for taking care of life, to feel value - is dominant -

and she guesses I am of the second sort and I agree! - I think I've written about this on my journals already.

But today I am starting to realize - well again - if I become too inactive, I start to become complacent

about taking care of my life - with a kind of entitlement rather than with a healthy dose of awareness -

of self responsibility. It's something that creeped up on me today - and I do feel anxious - but it feels like

a healthy anxious - i am finishing off the rest of my weekend's laundry - the house is clean - and I leave for

a lunch with my parents shortly. I was anxious more so - earlier - but once I sat down and replied to

a post and then put my laundry in the dryer - a healthier - happier perspecitve came over me.

Sending good vibes and mojo - and inspirations to try different things. peace!

Good for you for getting so much done LC.... That's great.... I hear you... I find if I have things to do and if I sit too long everything gets put over until the next day

I guess that we all have our own way to be in the world.... I hope that you enjoy your time with the folks... Big hug....xo
