backsliding?
My eating has been a little weird today. I'm afraid I'm starting to slide back, but it's kind of hard to tell. I had a really big late breakfast. a hamburger and a bowl of brown rice creal with skim milk. I didn't want to eat lunch because I had such a large meal it was kind of like having breakfast and lunch at once. I ended up having a fiber 1 bar as a snack. I made homemade chicken and rice with veggies. It was healthy b ut I ended up eating two bowls. I felt really full afterwards. I should have just stopped at one. I'm afraid I am backsliding but it's kind of hard to tell. The last two days I haven't been satisfied with small meals. I haven't been binging per se, but I've eaten more than I should have. I haven't weighed myself to see where my weight is because I had been weighing myself every 2 or 3 days and I want to make it closer to once a week. I guess I'll weigh myself tomorrow as a guide to wether I'm on track or not. I did 110 steps on treadmill in the morning, then because I felt bad about such a large breakfast I did 50 more steps. I'm going to do some more now before I go to bed. At least I'm not following my usual m.o. and giving up when it gets hard. That's an improvement. Maybe tomorrow I can get on track better.

I\'m never really \"Satisfied\" with small meals! I didn\'t get as big as I am by being satisfied with them LOL....
I am hoping that in time my body will experience a change, and I will no longer have that vague anxious feeling after eating little.
I even need to change the way I think....instead of \"eating little\"....I should say \"eating enough\".
Change is hard.
The alternative is harder:
poor health
poor mobility
decreased life span
WTG on not giving up!!!
We are going to have hard days as well as easier ones.
Keep up the good work on the treadmill!!!!
