back to the start...

well, here i am again. back where i started 6 years ago. except instead i am 50 pounds heavier. right now, my scale says i am 325 pounds, which is the heaviest i have ever been in my life. after the navy, i let myself get to 275 pounds, but soon recovered and dropped down to 235 pounds and was in the best shape of my life. i had just come off The Camp's challenge, where i lost 42 pounds in 12 weeks. i was on top of the world. i looked good, felt good, and my return to school was going fantastic. however, after the challenge, i gained my weight back QUICK. by the time new years rolled around (about 8 months), i was an astonishing 300 pounds. i had gained 60 pounds in about 8 months. jesus christ. and now, 11 months later, i somehow managed to tack on an extra 25 pounds. so here we go again. i now want to lose 100 pounds by next summer. im not sure how imĀ gonna do it, but i do remember checking into daily strength and it helped me a lot. here goes nothing.

Hey, welcome back. I am so sorry it is under unfortunate circumstances, but you did it once and you are fully capable of doing it again. I wish you nothing but the best of luck! You got this!
