Back to square one.
So for a few months, I was doing really well not pulling hair - brows and lashes were still a struggle, but I thought I was really getting somewhere with my scalp.
Well, no more. It's like if I pull even one, the floodgates open and one turns into 50 or 100. Since I don't do it all the time anymore, it's like my body misses the 'trance part' and goes straight to it... all this AFTER I got meds that supposedly work great for hair pullers. *sigh*
I know I have to mentally re-commit, and that I've been slacking in a lot of areas in my life lately - food, exercise, money management, etc. I'm just overwhelmed, and I really don't like being a grown-up. :( Where does everyone else get the discipline????
