Back again...

I have gone over this road so many times it makes me sick - I'm not happy with myself right now - I guess I just have not "got it".  I thought I had it all figured out for a while, but I'm back to square one - not really, since all of the efforts in the past were not wasted but I am not considering this a life-long challenge... it's so depressing to me when I go off track.  I admire those that can just say I Quit and that's it and never look back.  Hopefully that is me very soon.. I have all the tools and know the answers, but not using them!!!!!
Hope all is well with everyone - it has been a while and I"m glad to be back on-line.
