Babysitting and Therapy

Last night I babysat Geo's brother and baby sister. I had therapy today so I went to bed as soon as I got home. I got a decent amount of sleep, but I've still been tired all day. I got home and took a nap for an hour, but that's all my body would let me do. I tried laying down again, but no luck. My brain was just going too fast. My therapist said that I'm probably cycling hypomanic. It wouldn't surprise me since I haven't been sleeping well lately. I keep waking up in the middle of the night, especially when Geo is trying to go to sleep. I ate something that didn't agree with me and now I have really bad gas. I keep burping up dinner. I had grapes for breakfast, a peanut butter and jelly sandwich for a snack when I got home, spaghetti for lunch (which is what I think did it) and hamburgers and rice for dinner. I also had a Starbucks energy drink with a bit of carbonation, but I don't think it had nearly enough to cause me such bad gas. I don't know... all I know is that my stomach hurts and I can't even finish the last tablespoon of rice that's on my plate. I guess it will just have to go in the trash.. throwing away food is a big no no for me, but I'm scared if eat it, it will all come up. Oh well... such is life.

how did the babysitting go, how old are they? busy day with doing that and therapy the next day, it can be so draining. I get really bad gas sometimes too and it can last and it is so embarrassing. I don\'t know what does it either. I usually end up taking tums and for some reason they help. many hugsss

Ann, Geo\'s little brother is 10 and his baby sister is 4. She\'s going to be 5 next month. it was just for about 3 hours, but it wore me out. Grace is a handful sometimes!

I\'m sorry your stomach hurts. I hope you feel better today. I also hate throwing away/ wasting food. Trying to get better about it.

give all leftovers to stray animals outside, just start collecting that stuff on a plate and then outside....animals eat all the same foods as we do but NOT the bones. the bones will splinter in their stomachs and kill them slowly. verrrry bad.

meds can do all that to you. carbonation will keep you awake, even in small amounts. so will heavy food of any sort. americans eat wrong. heavy food is for afternoon or even morning, but after 6 or 5 hours before sleep time, NO HEAVY FOOD at all. bread is okay. milk is okay. all the stuff americans eat for breakfast they can safely eat at night. anything that is hard to digest will make it hard to go to sleep and if you do sleep it will give you nightmares.

hope you feel better! xxoo
