attitude

I really think there's something to this thought that I had and wrote about recently. That

was about not getting caught up in the miniscule dissapointments when I am starting

something or making an endeavour. It can really put a wall up in front of me. I think I need

to put that stuff in a box and hopefully learn to deal with it better.
I had an experience yesterday that really made this thought even more weight and then

my Doctor's appointment it surfaced again. I can do this. I can own my outlook and attitude

and I think it's real important for steering myself successfully as I live on into the future.

it's so weird how, as time passes while I am alone, it can seem my control and power over my life can become
less and less. I think this is an illusion. Along the way I get comfortable and start to live with passive comforts like the TV
and eating food. I start to yearn for peace and it seems never to come except with sleep. Anyways I am trying to beef myself up a bit. I do have the power to direct my life - and why shouldn't I? Wouldn't it be great to have all the things
you want scheduled into my day? I think it's part of that idea of 'enjoying taking care of myself.' I think I can do this.
New Year's resolution...try new things!! Lose the fear and go for it!! Namaste
