Attack tonight... Grrr
Not sure what the heck is or was going on but all of a sudden the heart started racing, started to feel warm, palms get clamy l, shackey and I wanted to escape where I was. Don't know what I was thinking to bring it on, wasn't watching anything about death or crime or anything that would raise or bring on an attack. We were watching American Idol. I knew right away that it was an attack so I started with what I am learning to tell myself. "It's not going to hurt me. It's just an attack and it will pass so let yourself go through it."
I am still a little shackey but the attack didn't last long which is a good thing. Now I am tired. So I am off to sleep. Night night.

I hate when that happens, but at least you can recognize that it\'s an attack and know it will pass. Normally if I have one that close to bedtime I have to take a xanax. From what I understand is that our para-sympathetic nervous system is taxed from all the little things we think about, that it sometimes just fires off with any little trigger, even if it\'s not some big emotional thing:( so maybe it was from the anxiousness of who was going home on American Idol;)
I think I may have figured out what I was thinking and I need to get over it because really it is not my issue at all.
