ate too much lamb

I went to a Greek Easter party yesterday, and when I left they sent me home with

a care package of food, including about 5 Lamb chops which could have lasted

me a few days. LOL...nope! I ended up celebrating at home when I got here.

Ate all the Lamb chops and drank three beers while watching PBS...my go to channel

on Sunday nights. Decadent for sure and though my stomach expanded like nobody's

business, when I went to sleep I felt stuffed and kind of wretched! haha But a good

problem to have... too full of good food. :)

Today I have car problems and so it's in the shop.. not able to travel so I won't be

going to the office. I have to focus and get on with something to do, achieve today.

I went to the bakery cafe and got a coffee and now I am just writing a journal before

I start at organizing a closet or something...uh oh.. I can feel the permissive side

of me telling me to just go from pleasure to pleasure. :) Uh oh... :) I need to

do at least something! Peace and best, Mark

For me, I believe starvation would be an easy suicide. I don't believe I feel hunger like normal people.

Over-eating creates a pain set that sets me crying in agony every time, for agonizing lengths of time. How anybody can tolerate food binging is a complete mystery to me. I'd rather stand under a falling piano.

haha. I eat way past the full feeling. I am heavy for my usual weight I am like 5"11 and 190. I need to be 175.
At my age it's a battle of the bulge which is harder more and more. It seems like a really good quality of yours to have Arfie.
I tend to mood manage with food. It fills the silence and the yearning for company. But when I was younger ironically I used to have an intense will power. I could go for two days or a weekend without eating - just to practice fasting. I no longer do that.

I never could get into the flavor of lamb. I may have had it once. It's a unique taste. Ill stick with cows and piggies. Also chicken.

I love lamb. For some reason. My niece's favorite meat is Rabbit. I have a hard time even approaching to try and eat that.
She's half french and grew up eating all kinds of foods that are pungent in taste and smell. She doesn't like chicken - she says it tastes like nothing lol.

Before you start envying the problems of involuntary weight loss which I would be oh so happy to give you, if I could. . .

Repeat: Death by starvation happens. Involuntary weight loss is not the glorious nirvana the industrial world stigmatizes it as.

I could never eat a rabbit. One of my favorite animals (to pet)

I know. I have never eaten a rabbit. At least I think so, I might have had some growing up.

dont you have to prepare lamb meat with milk somehow?

I don't think so. They way they prepared it yesterday was with an external rub of herbs and mustard and then just seared
it and cooked it but served it pink. So tender and flavorful. I really should be vegetarian - but ah well.

we did! I was second to last man standing. I was beat right at the end!

In Easter Egg fights, you gotta strike with the tip of your egg to the side of theirs. My dad always cheats that way lol

we attack point of egg to point of egg and then bottom of egg to bottom of egg.
