At the airport , a good trip
The trip was good. I am at the airport now waiting to board.
i'm thinking about the trip and getting to start taking care of myself and my life again.
For some reason i thought about the social graces my mother taught me. I thought about how warm and affusive the people are here in Greece.
i thought about when social graces get extreme or when an individual demands so much of an adherence to their aesthetic sensibility that it kind of starts taking you away from making good decisions or takes you away from the perspective of taking care of yourself.
i mean satisfying someone on a level like that is kind of taking care but being back in the world as an independent is also making me wise up again (gather myself and my bearings about getting back to life.)
This were really good this trip. Sorry if this note is really dumb. I'm just feeling good that I remembered to get back to actively taking care of myself instead of being a hollow drone, which is how I was feeling.

I’m glad you are taking care of you too. It also gives me inspiration/motivation to keep trying to take care of me too. (I’ve had a lot of slips but I’m going to keep trying … oh geez sorry I didn’t mean to start going on about myself in your journal lol).
