At least I walked...
I did nothing today except go for a walk and sleep. I'm still tired. I woke up in the middle of the night last night and was up for a couple hours. I had to take a sleep Klonopin to get back to sleep. My alarm went off as normal at 11:30am, but I snoozed it and ended up sleeping until 1pm. I got up, ate breakfast, and then lay back down again. I slept until about 3. I think I need to go to sleep soon... I'm starting to hallucinate again. Nothing bad, just bugs, but it's still something. I haven't taken my night meds yet (I wait till I'm ready to sleep) so that means the Haldol in my system is low. I don't know if I should ask my doctor to reduce it, since it works well at 5mg. Maybe I can get away with 4mg or 3mg. I don't want to be on more than I have to, since it has a bunch of bad side effects. I haven't gotten any of them, but that's not to say that I won't. That or maybe go down on my Risperdal. They lowered it in the hospital to 3mg from 4mg, but I think that I should be okay on less. I will ask my psych when I see her in May. I want to be on the least possible combo of meds, as long as they work. I was thinking maybe change my Celexa back to Prozac since I did well on Prozac till I wore it out. Just a thought.

I have a thought, have you ever had your iron checked out? that might explain the tiredness if you are low. good for you on walking, keep that up, the more you are up and moving the better. I am glad you are waiting till you see your dr. before changing meds, so many people do it on their own. hugsss
Thats a very good idea that Ann sugjested getting your iron checked.... i was totally shocked that mine was so dangerously low. It is a good thing that you are trying to adjust the meds to the lowest possible does meds of any kind come with so many side effects.... some you might not see right away like you said but those side effects can sneak into the picture later and cause all kinds of problems..... and cause you to be on more meds in the end.
