As of today
Well when i moved in with my dauther i had gone up to a 185 pounds and now that i have moved up hear i have lost 37 pounds and now im at a 148 and have 20 more to go man i never thought i would be back down in a med i tell you it feels good to move agin.

im very upset a friend of mine is in africa and is in a mess and cant get home and we are not going to be abel to chatt anymore coz he is going to sell he phone and i cant get him to understand that wouldent be a good thing to do i just hope he changes his mind,
