as my Dad just said to me "Be the master of your thoughts"
I have so much to be grateful for in life.
I took some extra time for myself from monastic duties today - and I realized I feel a great hesitancy
about doing that here at a place where I am expected to be there for
the church and all the monastics at a moment's notice, where I am a essential "cog in the wheel here". I took
some extra time today - but then I joined the others after that
and the bishop said 'no problem' when I arrived - as my Dad said to me "we're
all wonderfing if we did the right thing in life, are we going in the right direction...
it's life" he said "....be the master of your thoughts" and I realized I do need to negotiate
certain things in life - and stand up for myself and be the master of my thoughts
and to know I can do manage this.

I've really asked my therapist to be there for me in an a kind of way that's without boundaries.
It has helped me but I realize what I am asking her to be now - and I can't do that anymore.
having and loving Blue, helps me live the spirituality I can't always have with people.
