Arthritis

I have just been diagnosed with osteoarthritis today. I am right full of it and have started taking voltaren. I have been going through this pain for quite some time, a few yrs, but only got the diagnosis today. I never seem to get a full sleep and wake up extremely sore and lifting any weight causes me pain. I really hope the new medication works otherwise I will still not be able to do my duties at work. I will be speaking with my boss when he returns tomorrow to see if there is a way they can accommodate me, if they can't then I will have to explore other options. At this point I am unsure on how things will go or even where to head for that matter. I am ok but feeling dumbfounded due to uncertainties.
