art is..
just thinking about art and for some reason it struck me that i think art is about expressing truth in a way.
I suppose that's nothing earth shattering but it certainly gives me a focus and some element of direction
when I sit down to create..I try and go for the authentic expression... and at some point it comes...

C'est vrai., C'est ce n'est pas une pipe. L'art est ce qu'il veut. Vérité, mensonges ou quelque chose entre les deux.
That's true. Art is not a pipe. Truth, lies or something twixt the tweens, Art is whatever the artist and/or the beholder wants it to be. It is easier to judge intelligence than art, and I don't want that job, neither.
