Apologizing
It's just been one thing after another these last few weeks. Each episode sends me a little closer to the brink. the layest is that I had MAJOR problems with my email!!! I was receiving email from all over the world, started at about 11:00 last night I literally deleted over 30,000. finally, i called the company and they said that a spam had gotten into my email and there was nothing that could be done except to get rid of all the emails and get a new account. So..... all the lovely journals that you sent me had to be deleted. Sorry. i hope I can catch up!!! I also hope this ends the problem. now I have to notify everyone of the change. Have a good day. Do you have anti-virus, spam, junk mail and phishing protection? Your e-mail service should have it for sure, unless you got it through an e-mail from a person you don\'t know and opened it...Good Luck Naomi xo

May I suggest getting an email account with google (gmail)? It has a spam filter that is almost 100% effective. If this ever does happen again at least you will have some protection.

Get yourself a good program that will help stop those things, god knows there are to many people out there with to much time on their hands and the talent to make life hell for others.
There is a compter program on the radio here and she\'s online too, Kim Komando, kimkomando.com that has some real good advice on spy ware, adaware and all sorts of trojens and viruses that can scrwe things up, some of the stuff she also has shareware to help. Hugs, Georgia
