Anybody Had to deal w/ HealthSouth?

I recently had an upsetting experience w/ a HealthSouth health center.  My previous encounters w/ them were with a nurse I dated who said they SUCK and then FIRSTHAND interviewing w/ them for employment.  I recently had to renew my prescription for lantis pen injectors (insulin).  After half a dozen or MORE refills of the SAME item, they gave me a scrip for VIALS, not PEN injectors.  While I was trying to straighten ou the mess, they were left unrefridgerated for a couple days, so the Pharmicist told my wife to DISCARD the vials.  I got two (2) different stories how they would rectify the situation (NEVER from the SAME person)  I might add I was hit with a $210 deductible I never before had & was totally pissed.The third person with whom I spoke was the "prescription" lady at HealthSouth who accused me of keeping the vials in a CAR for 2 WEEKS when I called the day of the misfilled prescription.  The FIRST person said it would be rectified since it was THEIR error.  By the time I got to the third person who had called in the wrong item to BEGIN with I was told I was ON MY OWN.  What should my quota of lies or misinformation I should endure be, and should I want to return there at all?
