anxious but doing ok
I have the next two days off. I'll clean my apartment tomorrow and also get coffee
and go to the park for a walk. Blue will probably spend a good portion of the day
under the bed, since when I clean with the vacuum and spray bottles....he freaks (come get me
when it's all over thought bubble above the cat.)
I'm sitting here at the laptop and wondering what to do. I've to be humble in knowing
I've got to be mindful of the cash I spend (so grateful I don't have a credit card)....
So I will envision things I can well afford to do... I think maybe the movie theaters have
opened up. I also hope that the local English Pub is open 'outside' too.
I am so looking forward to working with the Restoration Mountains Trust (which has recently
merged with The Treepeople - I have volunteered for them both.)
Things are good... Sending good vibes and positive stuff your way.
peace,
Mark

Prayers in progress for the volunteer efforts to get back in motion. Girl, howdy, I need hard evidence that the human species still has a care for something other than the senior population. I'm embarrassed to be a senior citizen for all this hoopla.
I've been scouting for social opportunities for toddlers. Ouchie Papa. My maternal instincts aren't ready for socially distant toddler activities. Did ANY toddlers die from COVID? Those least at risk need the most regulation? Methinks the powers that be have been breathing their own CO2 for too long.
thanks arfie! xx
Enjoy your days off. Cleaning can be sort of meditative - I enjoy it as it’s calming, then sitting down to enjoy your fresh surroundings is so rewarding. Blue will love it too once the scary part is over.
A movie would be good! So would a walk! Hope you have a pleasant few days and anxiety is minimal.
Thanks Nikki! A votre sante’!
Cleaning is fun when it's not rushed - sounds like you have an excellent plan!
Thanks Mid!
Volunteering is a good way to socialize. Maybe that's causing some anxiety---meeting new people. Hope you had a good day today. I couldn't get your last journal entry so I don't know how you did today.
thanks becky!
