anxiety doesn't mean I can't do it

I'm kind of seeing how when I am alone, I start to get anxiety,

sadness and a sense of misguided incapacitation because of those issues.

Everyone probably feels those things in modicum - but just because I'm anxious

or nervous doesn't mean I'm not ABLE... right??

I'm just trying to keep motivated to do what I usually do  - even though my schedule

is kind of different today. I've learned some new things and I am feeling empowered by them.

So now that I have this perspective I am seeing how my anxious feelings - though I usually

try to counter them with positive perspective and action - can also make me feel that I am

'other' - 'not normal' - 'undeserving' or 'incompetent to take a stand for my dreams.'

Not true!

...And Judy says so too!

You're not alone in dealing with more than a modicum of anxiety! Being anxious doesn't make you unable, incompetent, or undeserving. Unfortunately, living a full life or pursuing a dream sometimes means doing things afraid. In my experience, the more I do the things that make me anxious, the less fearful I am. Perhaps the same could be true for you, too.

Have a good night and great day tomorrow!
