anxiety

I went and saw my parents today. It was a really nice time. I got to talk to my Dad privately when we

did an errand run to the market.

So, I am home now and I have to admit I feel really anxious. I feel pretty clear that I need to find something

to fill my time with. I am all alone - and I have the TV on...but I am alone and the things I want to do will start tomorrow

morning. I feel really clear about why I am anxious - but I am filling the void and dealing with the anxiety by eating food and eating sweets. NOT GOOD FOR MY WEIGHT OR HEALTH. I could imagine smoking cigarettes (but I don't smoke) as a way to cope. I could drink something but it will have to be water... I think that's a good plan. I feel good that I have learned to see this about my state of mind. Keep on keeping on.

really recognizing my anxiousness. It's so clear to me that this thing (anxiety) has been fueling my machinations. Well it's pushed me in the right direction... and here I am..

Later on the same day. I don't know why I feel so stuck today. Is it anxiety? Or is it just a lack of a plan or both? I go to meditation class shortly. Looking forward to going.
