Another Storm Outage

Well it's Friday. Wishing it was 5:00 already. Has my granny always told me "You are wishing your life away." Last night I was home alone except for Savanna (dog). John was sent out to Washington DC to help restore the power there. He works for a subcontractor under Progress Energy here. He has been with them for 25 years.. So he left yesterday afternoon and has no idea when he will come home. I didn't even get to see him before he left. I really don't like being home by myself. I am just used to him being there. Someone to talk to. As my 11 year old nephew said last night to express my feelings to. So John and I weekend plans have been shot. We were planning on riding to Wilmington on Saturday. There is something that John wants to go see about to help him quit smoking. I pray that maybe we can make it and it will help him kick the habit. So, I guess instead of hanging out with him, I can clean up the house tomorrow morning and burn the roads with my brother and cousin. Just rambling this morning needed someone to talk to and I knew I could count on you guys. Happy Friday and Have a great weekend. Love you all.
