Another hard day

Haven't heard about when I will start the Rituximab.  I do like to plan, you know.
I've had an extremely hard, bad, day.  Last night, my nephew who is in basic training, was found dead with a gun shot wound to his head.  Not sure if it was self-inflicted or murder.  The military is investigating.  I am sick.  I had to go and tell my in-laws as they were not answering their phone.  Nicole sobbed and sobbed and sobbed when I told her.  Just my father-in-law was home and he did okay.  I was relieved not to tell MIL, as Kyle was her favorite.  He was in a committed relationship and and no apparent reason to kill himself, but then who knows with being on his own for the first time.
I know the doc probably will not want me to fly to Baltimore for the memorial, so I have to think hard on this one.  As always, asking for prayers.  Again.

Oh, Debbie I am so sorry to hear about your nephew. My thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. It seems it never ends does it? We live in crazy times now and sometimes I think of: Stop the World and Let Me Off! If it could be that easy, but it isn\'t.
Lots of love and hugs to you,
Cathy

Debbie, that is heartbreaking. I hope they are able to find you some answers. I am sure you will never have all of them, but just to know what happened, even if you don\'t know why.

This world is hard, harsh and so cold sometimes. Sometimes it gets to be too much. My nephew died last year in June. He was 28, in college, majoring in nuclear physics. Everything seemed fine. He died in his sleep and everything was inconclusive.

So many crazy things going on in this crazy world, of which I am one. I am praying for your family to have answers, and, or peace. You deserve it. I hope if it is safe you are able to go, you will know what to do. Love, carla

I wonder if they don\'t already have there suspicions about murder or self inflected depending where the gun was found. I think answers help like with us finally getting a diagnosis even if it is a bad one at least we know. Blessings to you and your family.

As always, thanks for the love. I hate to send Leo out alone to the east coast, but I have a feeling doctors will say no. Unless my 13 y.o. niece or SIL ask for me, I will listen to them. Kayla Rose (my niece) is a bit of a pet as she was the only girl besides my daughter for that generation. I also know what it is like to lose a brother as a child...
