Another good day

Not much happened today other than my classes and I went to the hospital for a preparatory appointment for a colonoscopy *shudder* I can't believe I'm getting that done. However, during that I got weighed again, and guess what...!!! I am apparently back down to 188lb!! WOO!!! Now this was on a different scale than the other one, and there was another scale that was lower than the one I've been going by primarily, so I'm not sure what to believe. I am leaning towards the lower one though. Yay!
